VGN Highland Phase II in Thandalam is perfectly located, practically zero distance to the hospital. I am looking at plots around 1512 Sq.ft, which fits my family's needs. The price point, up to 69.52 Lakh, is acceptable given the location and the fact that it is ready to move. VGN Homes Pvt Ltd is developing this project. The children's play area and jogging track are good features. My only reservation is the lack of readily available OC status, which I would prefer for a property I am moving into soon.
