The 2 BHK flat we looked at was 745 Sq.ft, spacious enough for our family. The price was around 29.1 Lakh, which fit our budget. Having a children's play area and a gymnasium within the complex is a big plus for us. It's ready to move, and the project was completed in 2013 by VGN Homes. The only downside is that the Avadi Railway Station is nearby, which might be a bit far for daily commute. Also, during construction, there was some dust, but it has settled down now.
