    Looking for a place near our children's school was top priority, and VGK Bar Berry is literally close to NSN Memorial School. We booked a 3 BHK which has a super built-up area of around 870 square feet. It's spacious enough for our family. Being ready to move made the transition smooth. The children's play area is a definite plus. We did find the traffic on the main road a little heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. The price was fair for the location and amenities provided by VGK BuildePvt. Ltd. Rainwater harvesting is a good feature for Chennai. We are happy with the space we got.

The project is ready to move, which was a major factor. While the price of 39.76 Lakh onwards was acceptable, I found the car parking area to be quite cramped. Maneuvering my car can be a challenge, especially during busy times. The children's play area is nice, though not relevant for me peonally. The landscaping is well done by VGK BuildePvt. Ltd.
