    My partner and I recently purchased a 3 BHK flat in VGK Aadhira Homes. The built-up area is 1090 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space. We work in IT and the proximity to Velachery Main Road (5 KM) and the highways is quite convenient for our commute. The price point between 41.58 L and 53.96 L felt competitive for Chennai South. The project was completed in May 2017 and is ready to move in. The amenities like lift and closed car parking are essential for us. The only minor drawback is that the area can get a bit congested during peak hou, leading to traffic. Other than that, we are quite happy with our decision.

The price of 41.58 L for this size was acceptable. The project is ready to move in, which is a huge advantage. I liked that they have 24x7 water supply and rainwater harvesting, which is good for conservation. The main concern for me is the connectivity to the highways; Velachery Main Road is nearby, which is manageable but not super close. Also, I haven't seen the OC received document yet, which makes me slightly hesitant.

The building includes essential amenities like lifts and rainwater harvesting. My only reservation is that the surrounding area is still developing, so there's some dust and construction noise during the day, which can be a bit botheome.

Seems to have a decent reputation. We are hoping they will manage the property well even though we are not physically there. The price range was within our expectations for the area. I just wish there was more information available online about their after-sales service or any resident welfare association.

We looked at the 2 BHK flats, specifically the 880 Sq.ft option, which feels spacious enough for our small family. The price was around 45 L, which was within our budget. Having 24x7 water supply is a big relief. The project by VGK BuildePvt. Ltd. Is ready to move, so we could shift in quickly. The only issue we've noticed is that sometimes the water pressure on higher floocan be a little low during peak usage times, but it's not a constant problem.
