We purchased a 1 BHK flat here last year. The built-up area is around 571 square feet, which is quite comfortable for us. Vesta Builde& Promotehave included a gymnasium and a children's play area, which are nice additions. The location in Madipakkam is good, close to essential services. One thing we noticed is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy, making it a little difficult to get out quickly. However, the overall construction quality of Vesta Sankar seems solid, and it was ready to move in when we bought it. The price was within our budget, which was important.

As a government employee, I needed a property that offered good value and was in a developing area like Chennai South. Vesta Sankar, developed by Vesta Builde& Promote, offered a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 800 square feet. The inclusion of a lift and Vastu compliance were important factofor me. The price of 38.87 Lakh for the larger units felt justified given the size and location. A minor concern is the distance to Kauvery Hospital on Radial Road, which is a bit further than I'd prefer, but manageable. The project was completed a while ago, in 2013, and it's a ready-to-move-in property, which simplified the process considerably. The 24x7 security is also reassuring.

We were looking for a decent sized flat in Madipakkam and Vesta Sankar caught our eye. The 2 BHK units range up to 948 square feet, which is a significant upgrade from our rental. We appreciated that Vesta Builde& Promoteincluded power backup and 24x7 security, which are essential. The price range of 22.8 Lakh to 38.87 Lakh was reasonable for the area. However, we did find the noise from the nearby road to be a bit of a concern, especially during the day. The project was completed in 2013, so it's a well-established property. The proximity to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, nearby, is also convenient for commuting.

Moving into Vesta Sankar was a good decision for our family. We got a 2 BHK which is about 800 square feet, providing enough space for the kids. The children's play area is a big hit with them, and the jogging track is useful for my morning walks. It's great that San Academy is nearby, making school runs much shorter. The only issue we've found is the parking can feel a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have visitoWe bought it in 2021, and it was completed back in 2013. The Vesta Builde& Promoteteam was helpful during the purchase process. The flat is Vastu compliant, which was a requirement for us.

It’s good that the project has rain water harvesting. The price point, starting at 22.8 Lakh, was very attractive for young professionals like us. Being ready to move in was a major plus as we didn't want to wait. The main drawback we've experienced is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which is a bit annoying. Otherwise, Vesta Builde& Promoteseem to have delivered a decent product. The built-up area is exactly what we needed for a start.
