The main draw was the ready-to-move status and the price, starting from 47.68 L. The location in Sheela Nagar, Madipakkam, is decent, although the internal roads can be a bit dusty during construction phases of nearby developments. Amenities like 24x7 security and power backup are functional. Vesta Builde& Promotecompleted this project in 2013. While it's an older project, it offegood value for money compared to newer constructions. We are generally pleased with the purchase.
