The children's play area and the overall security features were important factofor us as parents. The availability of a multipurpose room is also a nice addition for community activities. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex make it feel quite pleasant. One thing that concerned me slightly was the car parking situation; it might get a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles or a lot of visitoHowever, the flat itself is well-designed, and it's ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle.
