The 1200 square feet 2 BHK flat provides plenty of space for me. It is also quite close to Miyapur Metro Station, about a 15-minute ride, making my commute to work easier. The price of 50.4 Lakhs was within my budget, especially with the available car parking. However, the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be quite heavy, which is something to consider. The building has essential security features like 24x7 CCTV.
