Relocating to Hyderabad, I needed a place close to work and amenities. Vertex Prestige seemed like a good fit. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, built up to 1380 square feet. It's ready to move in, which was a priority. The proximity to Rainbow Children's Hospital and BirthRight (2.5 km) is excellent. Miyapur Metro Station is also just nearby, making commuting easy. The project includes a gym and a swimming pool. The overall construction quality appeasolid. My only reservation is the price point, which is on the higher side, but the location justifies it.

We were looking to upgrade from our rental and found Vertex Prestige. We got a 3 BHK which is 1455 square feet, giving us much more room. It’s ready to move in which was perfect. The children's play area and the landscaping are lovely for our kids. Sanghamitra School is only a 15-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient for us. The only downside is the traffic getting out of Hyder Nagar during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. But having the swimming pool and clubhouse makes up for it.
