After checking several projects in the Vijayawada area, I decided to go with Vertex Gardenia because of the proximity to the highway. As someone who travels frequently, the easy access to NH-5 is a major benefit for my daily commute. I purchased a 4109 Sq.ft plot which gives me plenty of space for a large garden and a private parking area. The project is ready to move which meant I could start my boundary wall construction immediately. Vertex Homes has done a decent job with the basic infrastructure like storm water drains and power backup. The pricing starting from 16.74 L is quite reasonable compared to other plots I visited in Tempalli recently.

This was my very fit time buying property and I am glad I chose Vertex Gardenia. I was quite nervous about the whole process but the staff at Vertex Homes guided me well through the details of my 1206 Sq.ft plot. The budget of 16.74 L was exactly what I had planned for my fit investment. I really appreciate the water storage facilities and the jogging track which I plan to use every morning. The area is growing fast and I hope to see more facilities coming up in the neighborhood soon. While the price is great, I wish there were more shops within the immediate walking distance for quick groceries, but hopefully that will improve as more people move in.

Finding a place near good schools was our top priority so having Narayana E-Techno School so close to Vertex Gardenia made our decision very easy. We opted for the 2507 Sq.ft plot to ensure the kids have enough space to play. The children's play area and the party lawn are perfect for weekends when we have relatives visiting. Vertex Homes has ensured that the landscaping and tree planting is done nicely across the site. It is a quiet neighborhood which is exactly what we wanted for our children. The only drawback is that the road leading up to the main highway can get a bit crowded during the school pickup houin the evening.

My only slight concern is that the surrounding area is still developing so you do see quite a lot of dust from nearby construction activities. Aside from that, it is a straightforward deal for anyone looking to park their money in land.
