We just moved into Veha Basant Grande in Guwahati and it's been pretty good so far. The 1604 sq.ft 3 BHK is quite spacious for the two of us and our work-from-home setup. Having the gymnasium and swimming pool right here is a big plus after long work houThe location in Rup Nagar, Ulubari is convenient too, not too far from the main areas. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a bother, but hopefully that will settle down soon. The price point was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the quality of construction seems to justify it. We are looking forward to settling in properly.

After yeaof renting, my husband and I decided to upgrade and bought a 4 BHK apartment in Veha Basant Grande. The space is fantastic, with the 2256 sq.ft providing plenty of room for our growing family and guests. We love the club house facilities and the swimming pool. The location in Rup Nagar, Ulubari is also good, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houheading towards Paltan Bazar Bus Stop, which is a short distance by car. The price, around 1.35 Crore, was a stretch for us, but we are hoping it's a worthwhile long-term investment. The fire sprinkleand fire fighting systems offer good safety assurance. Veha Technotrade has delivered a solid home.
