We bought a flat in Verma Estate, located in Swaraj Nagar, Solan. The main reason was its strategic position. JP Hospital is literally a short distance, and MRA DAV Public School is a short distance, which is very convenient for my children. The Dohrideewar Bus Station is also extremely close, making public transport readily accessible. Ranjit Verma is the developer. The project is under construction right now. We are looking forward to the completion. Parking could potentially be an issue once the building is fully occupied, as the space seems a bit limited. However, the overall accessibility and the developer's presence give us confidence in our decision.
