The location in Janata Colony, Bansdroni, is quite convenient, being only close to Gitanjali Metro Station. We opted for a 2 BHK, which has a built-up area of 825 square feet. It’s spacious enough for my husband and me. The project was completed back in 2012, and it’s ready to move in. The community hall and children's play area are nice additions, though the badminton court is a bit small. The price was within our budget, around 25 Lakhs.

We got a 3 BHK with 1491 square feet built-up area, giving the kids plenty of room to play. It’s ready to move, so we shifted in right after buying. The children's play area is well-maintained and safe. The price was around 44 Lakhs, which felt reasonable considering the location and the size. The only minor issue is that the building gets a bit dusty sometimes because of the nearby roads. But having the school so close makes up for it.
