The landscaping and tree planting provide a nice green environment. It's reassuring that there is a fire fighting system and 24x7 water supply, which are essential. The location near Old Madras Road is accessible, though sometimes the traffic can be a bit much. The project was completed in September 2014, so it's a well-established community. The price of approximately 1.03 Crore was a bit high, but the quality of life here justifies it for me.
