  I bought a residential plot of 12000 square feet at Venus Riviera. It was a significant investment, priced at 58.23 Lakh, but I plan to build a larger home later. The location in ECR Vayalur, Chennai, is quite serene. Being ready to move, the infrastructure like roads and water supply is already in place, which is a plus. I was impressed by the variety of amenities offered, especially the swimming pool and the party hall. However, the access road to the project is a bit narrow and can get congested sometimes. Also, the restaurant on-site is quite basic. I hope Catalyst Properties continues to maintain the common areas well.

The 4 BHK villas, with plot areas around 3250 square feet, offered enough space for our family. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are quite good for unwinding after a long day at the hospital. The location in ECR Vayalur is peaceful, though getting to the main city can take a bit longer than expected, especially during peak houWe are still getting used to the traffic patterns here. Overall, the quality of construction seems solid and the community feels safe. The landscaping is also well-maintained.

It’s located in ECR Vayalur, Chennai. The developer, Catalyst Properties, has provided essential amenities like 24X7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant, which are important for plot owneI visited the site and the landscaping looked very green and pleasant. While it's not ready for immediate possession as a plot, the developer assures prompt handover. I'm excited about building my future home here.

  I purchased a 3 BHK villa in Venus Riviera for my parents who are living in Chennai. It's a ready-to-move property, which meant they could shift in immediately after I finalized the deal. The plot area for the 3 BHK villas ranges from 1800 to 2200 square feet, offering comfortable living space. My parents are particularly enjoying the grocery shop within the complex and the landscaped gardens. The price was approximately 35 Lakh, which seemed reasonable for a villa in this area. Catalyst Properties has been responsive to queries, which is reassuring from abroad. The only small concern is that OC was not readily available.

I purchased a 6090 square feet plot, which offeflexibility for future development. The price range from 16.19 Lakh to 58.23 Lakh felt competitive for the area. The project was completed in January 2010, indicating a developer with some track record. However, the lack of readily available OC details was a point of concern during my due diligence. The amenities like the amphitheater and restaurant are nice additions. Parking seems adequate for residents.

  We were looking for a spacious villa for our extended family and found Venus Riviera to be a good fit. We opted for a 4 BHK villa with a plot size of 3250 square feet. The project is ready to move, which was a major advantage for us. The club house facilities, including the gymnasium and swimming pool, are well-equipped and offer good recreational options. The restaurant on-site is convenient for hosting guests. The pricing was in the mid-range of their offerings, around 50 Lakh. My only minor complaint is the dust on the main road during construction work nearby, but that's common in developing areas. The developer, Catalyst Properties, has maintained the common areas well.

  Finally bought our own place after yeaof renting! We looked at several options before settling on Venus Riviera by Catalyst Properties. We picked a 3 BHK villa with a plot area of about 1800 square feet. It feels much more spacious than our old rental. The Children's Play Area is a big hit with our daughter. We paid around 30.50 Lakh for our villa, which was within our budget. The only slight issue is the road leading to the project; it could be a bit wider and better maintained. But considering the overall value and the ready-to-move-in status, we are happy with our decision. The community atmosphere is also very pleasant.
