We were looking for a decent upgrade and Venus Pashmina offered 4 BHK flats starting from 2714 Sq.ft. The location behind Rajpath Club is good, close to AIS School which is convenient. The price range of 4.98 Crore to 7.81 Crore is quite high for a government employee's budget, but the amenities like the swimming pool and clubhouse are very appealing. The construction quality looks solid. We are still considering the financial aspect, but the project itself seems promising. Having a medical store within the premises is also a thoughtful addition.
