After retiring, we wanted a peaceful home in a well-established area. Venus Marvel in Kilpauk, Chennai Central seemed like a good fit. It's a ready to move property, completed in December 2014. The 2 BHK configuration at 921 Sq.ft built up is comfortable for us. We appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping. The nearby Kilpauk Metro Station is convenient for occasional travel. The 24x7 security and maintenance staff provide a sense of security and ease. The price of 95 Lakhs is what we expected for this location. The building has lifts and rainwater harvesting, which are practical features.
