Mogappair East is a decent area, close to Velammal Vidyalaya which is great for my nephew. Sri Venkateswara Homes seems to have delivered on time as this project was completed in August 2014. The gym is a nice addition, and the power backup is essential given Chennai's weather. The price range was a bit high, around 1.05 Crore for our flat, but the location and amenities made it worthwhile. Overall, we are happy with the space.
