The price point of 72.0 L for a 2 BHK is within my budget. Shree Venkatesh Buildcon Pvt Ltd seems to be a reputable developer. I appreciate the inclusion of earthquake-resistant RCC structure and fire fighting systems for safety. The 24X7 water supply is also a critical feature for any home. My main concern is the distance to Pune Railway Station, which is nearby. Otherwise, it seems like a stable investment.

I chose this project because of the amenities like senior citizen siteout and the yoga & meditation hall, which will be good for my parents' well-being. The earthquake-resistant structure is also a significant safety feature. The under-construction status and completion date of December 2028 are a bit concerning, but I am willing to wait. The distance to the railway station at nearby is a bit much for them to travel easily.
