    We were tired of paying rent and decided to settle down at Venkata Havana Homes. Being teache, we really appreciate that Next Gen International School is close to the apartment. The 2 BHK flat layout is functional and fits our furniture perfectly. We picked the 687.92 Sq.ft carpet area unit. Venkata Krishna Constructions has done a decent job with the fire fighting system and waste management. It is a clean complex. The only slight issue is that the grocery stores are not exactly within walking distance, so we have to use our scooter for daily errands. Overall, we are happy to finally have our own home in such a good part of Guntur.
