We booked a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of around 700 square feet. It feels spacious enough for our small family. The project is under construction by RUBY PRIDE IDE DE E and is expected to be ready by December 2027. The location in SBI Colony is also convenient for other needs. My only concern is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, especially during peak houHowever, the convenience of the school outweighs this for us.
