The price is substantial, going up to 1.99 Cr, but for a business owner, time is money, and the convenience of having these facilities close by is valuable. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in July 2027. I am not too worried about the timeline as long as the quality is maintained. The landscaping and tree planting aspect is also appealing for a good environment.
