I liked that it's in Thiruvananthapuram, close to Aakkulam. The developer, Veega Land Develope, has put in good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, which are important to me. The price for a 3 BHK goes up to around 1.8 Crore, which was a bit more than I initially planned, but the flat size and features made me go for it. It's still under construction, with completion expected in June 2028. I am a little worried about the dust from ongoing construction, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. It’s a big step for me.

The price is around 2.11 Crore, which is significant, but it’s for their comfort. The location is close to KIMSHEALTH Hospital, which is convenient. It’s still under construction, expected to finish by June 2028. I have heard good things about the developer's previous projects. I am looking forward to them moving in.

The Veega Land Developehave included a kids' play area and indoor games, which my children are very excited about. The location in Aakkulam, Thiruvananthapuram, is quite peaceful. The prices are between 1.07 Crore and 2.11 Crore. My only concern is the nearby distance to Kazhakootam Jn; traffic can be quite bad during peak hou, so getting out might take time. But the proximity to the school and the amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium make up for it. Construction should be finished by June 2028.
