This is my fit home purchase, and I chose Vedant Vatsalya Vatika because it felt like a good value. I got a 3 BHK villa with a 1875 sq.ft plot area for around 58.13 Lakh. It's ready to move, which meant I could start living here immediately after all the paperwork. The location is fantastic, with Akshar Public School and BAPS Hospital right next door at nearby. That was a huge factor for me. The children's play area is nice, and it feels safe with the security cabin. My only real concern is that the parking space might be a little tight if we have guests over with their caOtherwise, the Vedant Group seems reliable, and I am happy with my decision.
