Relocating to Vadodara for work at SMS Hospital (nearby away) was a big decision. I wanted a peaceful place and Vedant Vatika seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK bungalows are spacious enough, around 950 sq.ft, and come with basic amenities like children's play area and security. The price range starting from 26 Lakhs was manageable. Being ready to move was a huge advantage. My main concern is that OC is not available, which makes me a little hesitant about future dealings. However, the developer Vedant Group has a decent reputation.

From an investment pepective, Vedant Vatika is interesting. The bungalows offer a different asset class. I looked at the 2 BHK units, built up around 926 sq.ft, priced between 26 Lakhs to 30 Lakhs. The project was completed in July 2013, so it's well-established and ready to move in. Its location near National Highway 8 could be beneficial for future appreciation. However, the lack of readily available bank financing information and the unlisted OC status are points to consider carefully before committing significant capital. The landscaping is nice.
