The project is ready to move, and the completion date was back in 2014, so it has been established for a while. I purchased a 990 Sq.ft plot. The price point was attractive, falling within the 15.84 Lakh to 39.98 Lakh range. The Vedant Group has included amenities like a salon and an indoor games area. My only slight concern is the road access – the lane leading to the compound is a bit narrow, which can be tricky sometimes.
