I recently moved into Vazhraa Vihhari and I am quite happy with my decision. As a single woman, security is a top priority, and the 24x7 security with CCTV surveillance gives me great peace of mind. The Vastu compliant design was also an important factor for me. I purchased a 2 BHK unit which has a carpet area of 1225 Sq.ft, perfect for my needs. The project is ready to move, which was a huge plus as I didn't want to wait. The price was around 80 Lakhs. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are also very pleasant.

Finding a place with good amenities for the kids was important. Vazhraa Vihhari has a swimming pool, a club house, and it is Vastu compliant, which my wife insisted on. Kairos Global School is nearby, making school runs much simpler. We bought a 2 BHK unit of 1400 Sq.ft for about 85 Lakhs. The 24x7 water supply and garbage disposal system are very practical for a family. The only slight concern is the traffic getting into Manikonda during peak hou, it can be a bit congested.
