The Children's Play Area and the Skating Rink are huge draws for our kids. We are looking at a 3 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area ranging from 1225 Sq.ft to 1573 Sq.ft. The project is under construction, expected to be ready by June 2029. The proximity to Jessore Road is convenient for daily needs. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good for the adults. My only concern is the ongoing construction dust, but that's expected.
