The 2 BHK configurations offer built-up areas between 616 Sq.ft and 713 Sq.ft, which is a good step up for our family. Having Pratapnagar Railway Station nearby is also a huge plus for commuting. The pricing is quite competitive, starting from 23.99 Lakh. We are impressed with the number of amenities Shree Sainath Infra is providing, including a Gymnasium, Kids Play Area, and even a Cricket Pitch. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in June 2029. We are a bit concerned about the parking situation though, as it looks like it might be tight once all the flats are occupied. The landscaping and tree planting plan looks promising.
