I purchased a 3 BHK builder floor, which is quite spacious at 1550 to 1700 square feet. Being close to THE SIGNATURE ADVANCED SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL (4.5 KM) was a primary factor in my decision. The price, around 2.08 Crore for the larger units, reflects the quality and location. I appreciate the 24x7 Security and the Fire Sprinklefor safety. The Landscaping and Tree Planting add a nice green touch to the surroundings. The premium wooden bedroom flooring is a luxurious detail.
