  We decided to invest in a shop at Vatika Town Square 2 primarily because of its strategic location. It's situated in Shikohpur, Sector 82, New Gurgaon, which is developing rapidly. The fact that R L International School is a short distance makes this area very family-friendly. The project offeboth shops and offices, and it's ready to move in, which is a huge advantage. The presence of a gymnasium and essential amenities like power backup are definite plus points for the community. However, the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times. The Vatika Chowk Bus Stop being a short distance adds to the convenience for visitoor employees. It feels like a promising commercial hub.

  We checked out Vatika Town Square 2 last week. It's ready to move, which is a big plus for us since we need a place fast. The location in New Gurgaon, near Shikohpur, seems decent for commuting. Having R L International School a short distance is super convenient for future planning, though we don't have kids yet. The entrance lobby looked quite impressive, and the idea of having a gymnasium on-site is great for staying fit without leaving the complex. High-speed elevatoare a must in commercial buildings like this. We did notice the traffic on Sohna Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, so that's something to consider. Overall, it seems like a solid option for our fit office space.
