Since it's ready to move, they could settle in quickly. The location in Sector 82, New Gurgaon is quite convenient with hospitals and schools nearby. The provision for 24x7 security and power backup was important for their safety and comfort. The landscaped gardens and swimming pool are good facilities for them to enjoy. The developer, Vatika, has a good reputation. The only slight concern might be the noise from Sohna Road at times.

We were looking for our fit home and Vatika INXT Flooin Sector 82, Gurgaon seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK units are a good size, starting from 1387 sq.ft built up. We liked that it's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait. The proximity to Delhi Public School and Miracles Apollo Cradle Hospital is fantastic, both are practically nearby. The swimming pool and gymnasium are also great amenities for us. While the project itself is nice, we did notice there can be some dust from the nearby construction sites, but it is manageable. The location on Sohna Road is developing fast, which is promising for future appreciation.

However, the distance to the Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station is quite significant, over nearby, which might be a concern for daily commuteusing the metro. We finally bought our own place at Vatika INXT Flooafter renting for yeaWe got a 3 BHK, around 1500 sq.ft, and it feels much more open than our old rental. The project is in Sector 82, New Gurgaon, and it's ready to move, which was perfect for us. We love the gymnasium and the Olympic size swimming pool – great for staying active. Having the community hall is also a bonus for gatherings. The location is good, close to malls and shopping areas. The street lighting is well done. The only thing we are still getting used to is the slightly longer walk to the main road, but overall we are happy with the upgrade.
