The proximity to NH 48 (4.5 km) is also convenient for travel. The built-up area is a generous 1820 sq.ft. The price was in the higher range, 2.19 Crore, but the convenience and the independent nature of the floor were worth it for me. The project was completed in December 2020 and is ready to move. The Vastu compliant design was also a consideration. Having a grocery shop within the complex is very practical.
