    The biggest reason we chose Vatar Industrial Park is the distance to XavieHigh School. It is super convenient for my two kids and saves us a lot of travel time every morning. We opted for the 1812.97 Sq.ft plot size which fits our budget perfectly. The developer Nikeshkumar Hirjibhai Balar has included rain water harvesting and RO water system, which shows they are thinking about long term maintenance. We checked the site twice and the security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance gave us extra confidence. The construction status is under progress and things look organized. We hope the common areas like the lift and swimming pool are maintained well once everything is handed over to the residents by December 2028.
