The location is decent, offering reasonable access to the hospital and other parts of the city via the nearby metro station at Jnanabharathi, which is nearby. I appreciate that the construction was completed by December 2022, so there's no waiting. While the apartment layout is functional, the road leading to the project could be better maintained – it's a bit narrow and unpaved in parts.
