The area is decent and being near the Vapi Daman Main Road is quite helpful for our daily commute. Vasundhara Dreamcon Llp has planned a community hall and a small temple inside the campus which we liked. Since we are moving by December 2028, we hope the construction keeps moving at this steady pace. Our only minor concern is the dust from ongoing work in the neighborhood, but that is expected in this area. It feels good to finally own a proper independent space for our family.

The project offedifferent residential plot sizes like 1502 square feet and 1722 square feet, but I preferred a finished villa. Vasundhara Dreamcon Llp has promised a solid infrastructure with water conservation facilities. The project is situated in a nice pocket of Mahalaxmi Nagar. I do think the villa interiocould have been a bit more modern, but that is something I can customize later. Overall, it seems like a decent place to settle down with my family given the amenities like the temple and play areas.

We just booked a 2 BHK villa at Vasundhara Nilkanth Omkar because we wanted to move out of the crowded city center. The unit size of 1502 square feet feels very spacious compared to the flats we saw elsewhere in Vapi. The project has a children play area and landscaped gardens which will be great for the weekends. Vasundhara Dreamcon Llp seems to be managing the site well so far. We are specifically happy about the 24 hour water supply and rain water harvesting setup. It is a bit far from our current office, so traffic might be an issue during peak hou, but the peaceful environment makes up for that small inconvenience.

We found that Vasundhara Nilkanth Omkar is quite close to the school, which saves us a lot of travel time every morning. We opted for a 3 BHK villa with 1010 square feet built up area. The project is under construction, but we visited the site and the internal roads look like they will be well planned. Having a community hall inside the project will be great for hosting family events. We are just hoping that the builder completes the common amenities on time so the kids have a place to play as soon as we move in.
