This is my fit property purchase, a 3 BHK villa in Vasundhara Garden. I was looking for a ready to move property in Ranchi and this seemed like a good option. The size is 1492 sq.ft super builtup, which is enough for me. I really liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it makes the area feel quite green. The children's play area is also a nice touch, even though I don't have kids yet. The 24x7 security is a big plus for me as I live alone. The only small concern is the parking area, it feels a little tight when it gets busy. But otherwise, it’s a pleasant place to live.
