This is my fit home purchase, and Vasundhara Breeze seemed like a good starting point. I visited the site a couple of times before deciding. The proximity to Ranchi Women's College, about 2.5 kilometeaway, is great for my sister who studies there. The overall setup of the gated community with landscaping and tree planting looks very pleasant. I also liked that it is Vaastu compliant. The only slight worry I have is the traffic on Bariatu Road during peak hou, it can get quite busy. The apartment itself is a 3 BHK with 1280 square feet, which feels like a good size for a fit home. The swimming pool and gymnasium are also nice amenities to have.
