The location in Bhakti Nagar is quite convenient for me as Tapovan School is literally nearby, which is great for emergencies, though I don't have kids yet. I opted for the 613 square feet 2 BHK apartment. It's a decent size for one peon, not too big to manage. The lift is a definite plus for carrying groceries. My only real concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's quite close to the main road. Otherwise, the Vasudhara Realities project seems okay for now. The carpet area is pretty standard for the configuration. I haven't faced any major issues since moving in a couple of months ago.
