I was looking for something ready to move in and this project by Vasudhara Realities fit the bill. The location in Bhakti Nagar is quite convenient for me as Tapovan School is literally nearby, which is great for emergencies, though I don't have kids yet. I opted for the 613 square feet 2 BHK apartment. It's a decent size for one peon, not too big to manage. The lift is a definite plus for carrying groceries. My only real concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's quite close to the main road. Otherwise, the Vasudhara Realities project seems okay for now. The carpet area is pretty standard for the configuration. I haven't faced any major issues since moving in a couple of months ago.

It’s a good size for us and our cat. The location in Bhakti Nagar is decent, although the Bhaktinagar Station Bus Stop is nearby, making daily commutes a little longer than we would have liked. The building has a lift, which is helpful. We've been here for a few weeks, and the construction quality seems solid. One thing we noticed is that the parking area might feel a bit cramped if you have a large car or two vehicles. Vasudhara Realities has a good reputation locally.
