The location in Neredmet is really convenient for us as teacheDAV Public School is just a short walk away, which is perfect for our kids. We also looked at Tulasi Hospitals nearby for emergencies. Swaraj Homes Buildedelivered the project ready to move in, which was a huge relief. The OC was received, so that’s good. The rooms feel spacious enough for our family. We are still settling in but it feels like home already. The builder seems to have kept their promises.

It's ready to move, and importantly, they have received the Occupancy Certificate. The proximity to DAV Public School and Tulasi Hospitals (both 0.6 km) is a significant advantage, especially for future resale value. The builder has a decent reputation. The apartment layout is practical. My only minor concern is that the price point felt a little high compared to other options in Secunderabad, but the OC and ready-to-move status justified it to some extent. Still, it was a significant investment.
