We looked at plots between 94.44 sq.yd. And 499.89 sq.yd. And chose one around 120 sq.yd. The price was manageable, around 20 Lakh for our plot. We are happy with the inclusion of a children's play area and solar energy for electrification. However, the road leading to the project could be better; it's a bit narrow and dusty at times, which is a slight drawback. The completion was scheduled for August 2022.
