The Vastu compliant design was also a key factor in my decision. The 2 BHK apartments are a comfortable size, around 1100 square feet on average, and the availability of lifts makes moving around easy. I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The price range of 33.99 Lakh to 39.6 Lakh is reasonable for ready-to-move properties in Nagpur. The nearby School of Scholais a landmark I recognize.
