The price range, starting from 15.7 Lakhs, was very attractive. The developer, Vastu Realto, seems committed to timely delivery as per their past projects. They have essential amenities like garbage disposal and fire fighting systems which are crucial. The only drawback is that the parking might be a bit tight, especially if we have guests. But overall, we feel it’s a good move.
