Vastavya Associates has ensured everything is ready to move as of November 2024. The location in Gosala is quite convenient for my daily commute and it feels safe enough. I really appreciate that I could move in immediately without waiting for any further work. One minor observation is that the traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but that is expected in this part of the city. I am happy with the layout and the overall build quality of the flat, and it is nice to be so close to the local schools.

Finally bought our own place after yeaof renting in Krishna. Vastavya Vihari Phase 1 caught our attention because it is ready to move in. We visited the site in Gosala and finalized a 3 BHK layout measuring 1168 Sq.ft. Vastavya Associates has done a decent job with the building structure and the finishings look professional. We were worried about the daily commute but the road connectivity is better than we thought. It is nice to be near a school which helps with our work schedules. The only downside is that the project is a bit far from DH Hospitals at nearby distance. Still, we feel it is a great upgrade from our previous rental apartment and we are happy to finally have our own space.

I checked the 3 BHK units which go up to 1168 Sq.ft in size. The area is developing fast and I expect rental demand to pick up soon given the proximity to local schools. The access roads are decent although I noticed some dust from nearby construction work during my visit. It is not a major issue but worth mentioning for those sensitive to it. Overall, I think this is a stable asset to hold for the next few yeaif you are looking at long term appreciation in Krishna.

The project is handled by Vastavya Associates and the quality is quite good for the price. Our unit is around 801 Sq.ft which is compact but fits our furniture perfectly. It is a ready to move property so we moved in just after the November 2024 completion. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for kids to play in the evenings. The location is peaceful compared to the city center but you have to drive a bit if you want to reach the hospital. My biggest complaint is that the parking area feels a bit crowded during the evening houwhen everyone is back from work. Other than that, the ventilation in the flat is excellent and the natural light is just perfect.
