The location in Hayathnagar is developing nicely, and we saw it's not too far from National Highway 65, maybe 5-nearby. We're considering a 3 BHK, which is quite spacious at 1500 to 1695 square feet. The amenities like the open gym and cricket pitch are appealing to our active lifestyle. The price point around 60-70 Lakhs fits our budget. Vasavi Urban Properties Llp is the developer. The construction is ongoing, with completion scheduled for July 2028. We did notice the parking area looked a bit tight in the plans, which might be an issue if we get a second car later.
