The location is developing, and I expect good appreciation. The amenities like the gymnasium and multipurpose room are good additions. The Airport Metro Station is nearby, which offegood connectivity. However, the surrounding area can get quite congested during peak hou, which might affect rental appeal slightly. We needed a larger apartment and Vasavi Majestica Phase 2 had 3 BHK options available. We booked a 1488 sq.ft unit. The proximity to Velammal New Gen School, which is literally nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. Having Kauvery Hospital so close is also a huge relief. My kids are excited about the children's play area and the swimming pool. The landscaping and tree planting looks nice. My only concern is the car parking space; it feels a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle. We are expecting the builder to address this. The Vastu compliance was also important for us and this project meets that requirement. It’s a good place for families.

The 1 BHK apartment I bought is 738 sq.ft, which is a good size for a single peon like me. The project has a decent swimming pool and a children's play area, though I might not use those much. The location in Medavakkam is okay, but getting to the main arterial roads can be a bit slow sometimes, especially with the construction dust around. I visited the site multiple times before deciding. The sales team was helpful during the process. Hopefully, the maintenance charges won't be too high.
