The 2 BHK flat has a good built-up area of 904 sq.ft, which is a big step up for us. KVR Buildementioned it's earthquake resistant and has a fire retardant structure, which gives us peace of mind. The price was within our budget, around 30 Lakhs. The location in Palavarai is developing, and we are hoping it appreciates over time. The rain water harvesting is also a good feature. Our only small concern is that the road leading to the project can be a bit busy during peak hou, but we are getting used to it.
