We finally found a place for my parents in Varthini Silver Castle. Being an NRI, it was important to get something ready to move. The 1550 square feet flat is quite spacious for them. West Mambalam is a decent locality and close to Jawahar Higher Secondary School, which is a plus. Varthini Foundations mentioned they have 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. My only concern is the traffic in West Mambalam can be quite heavy, especially during peak houI hope it doesn't bother them too much. The price of 2.09 Crore onwards was within our budget. I'm hoping the earthquake-resistant structure gives them peace of mind.
