We were looking for a larger space and found Varthini Kesav Tower. Our new 3 BHK flat has a generous 1001 Sq.ft carpet area, a significant upgrade from our rental. The Varthini Foundations built this project in Ashok Nagar, a location we really liked. It's close to schools and has good connectivity. The price was a little above our budget at 1.75 Crore onwards, but we managed with a loan. The power backup is essential for us, and the rainwater harvesting is a thoughtful addition. The greenery around the building is quite pleasant.

I chose Varthini Kesav Tower because of its excellent location in Ashok Nagar. Being a short distance Kendriya Vidyalaya Ashok Nagar means I can easily drop off my niece when needed, and the proximity to the Metro Station is great for my commute. The 1001 Sq.ft carpet area for the 3 BHK is more than enough space. The price of 1.75 Crore onwards was a significant investment, but the Varthini Foundations project is ready to move. The power backup is a must-have, and the landscaping is beautiful. My only minor complaint is that parking can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes.
