We were renting in the same area and decided to upgrade to a 3 BHK in VASplendid. The size of the 3 BHK apartments, starting from 1580 Sq.ft, was a major draw for us. It gives us much more space than our rental. The location is fantastic, being right next to the Outer Ring Road and Whitefield Main Road. Commuting to school is now much easier. We also appreciated the 24X7 water supply and the gymnasium. The price point, starting from 1.10 Crore for the 3 BHK, was a bit higher than we expected but manageable given the size and location.
